Our Story

Advokátní kancelář Daniel Samol is a specialized legal practice founded and led by Daniel Samol, a seasoned litigator and negotiator.

Daniel began his career working in Prague offices of American law firms, successfully navigating multi-billion CZK disputes before arbitral tribunals and Czech courts.

​

From 2015 onward, Daniel deepened his expertise through close cooperation with a prominent Czech law firm. His task was to ensure a smooth exit of US-based developers and institutional investors from the Czech real estate market. That meant litigation, resolving insolvency issues, negotiation with banks, and creation of conditions for smooth sale of assets.

In 2018, Daniel fully dedicated himself to establishing his own firm, assembling a team of talented junior lawyers.

Between 2020 and 2023, Daniel worked as a principal negotiator and litigator representing groups of speculative real estate investors. In addition to that, he helps resolve disputes related to real estate, but also in other areas of the law, to small investors, individuals, medical practitioners, and entrepreneurs in digital advertising and software development.
