Financial Services
Together with clients, we came up with a new model of a financial services business. We set up the corporate structure of the main company and service organizations. We drafted the form contracts and terms and conditions necessary for the operation of the company.
Software Company
We have guided a software company through its incorporation, helped them set up the relationships among shareholders, drafted all the form contracts, prepared a stock option plan and a cross-border transformation.
Wrong Partner
Clients started doing business with the wrong partner. It turned out that they were not who they were claiming to be. We negotiated and executed the exit of my clients from the shared corporate structure, and by doing so minimized any negative consequences for our clients.
Labor Settlement With a Prominent Prague Hospital
We negotiated a compensation payment of approximately CZK 100,000 per person for a number of employees of a prominent Prague hospital. Their claim was based on the hospital systematically paying its employees less than they should have under the law.
